5 Reasons Nami, Usopp, and Chopper Are Eiichiro Oda's Best Hilarious Trio

Towards the release of the manga One Piece chapter 996, fans must be very familiar with the Straw Hat crew members.

The crew is filled with great characters and the mangaka, Eiichiro Oda, has created some very interesting groups among them.

The most popular and very famous is the Monster Trio, which consists of Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji.

But, although not as strong as the Monster Trio, there is another group in One Piece that is arguably just as popular among fans, consisting of Nami, Usopp, and Chopper, who are known as the Weak Trio or the Hilarious Trio.

However, in the manga One Piece chapter 955, the trio was in a precarious state.

But apart from that they can also be called the best trio made by Eiichiro Oda.

And here are some reasons why this hilarious trio is the best trio in the One Piece series, as quoted from the cbr.com page.

1. Much Smarter

The Weak Trio or the weak but hilarious trio from One Piece actually consists of characters who are not so strong, however, when the pressure comes, they are smart enough to find a solution to the problem.

As Usopp once did during the Alabasta arc where he fought Mrs. Merry Christmas, they were not as strong as the Monster Trio so they had to find a way to fight differently.

They ended up relying on their intelligence during battle, and even when they were not physically stronger than most enemies, they somehow managed to win.

2. Participate in technical fights

Just like everything else in the One Piece world, their battles are also very diverse.

While Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro fight with strength and tenacity, there are people who fight differently in battle.

And no one in this story does as well as the Nami, Usopp, and Chopper Trio.

You could say they fight as underdogs all the time, but thanks to their intelligence, all they need is to figure out the enemy's weakness to turn the tide of battle and achieve victory.

3. Get closer to the fans

Although the Weak Trio were, in effect, made up of superhumans as well, they were much more suited to fans.

Most people handled adversity the same way the Weak Trio did.

They seemed to form a relationship between the Weak Trio who were struggling to overcome something stronger despite not having the physical strength to do so.

There is no doubt that the Monster Trio has a lot to inspire, however, for most people, tackling problems like the Weak Trio did is much more interesting.

4. More Fun To Watch

The Weak Trio are a lot more fun to watch during a fight and they offer really interesting comedic moments to watch.

Although fans love the action and high intensity during fights, sometimes, Oda is obliged to tell fans that everything doesn't accentuate the dark and gloomy side.

Therein lies the Weak Trio, where even though their fights are just as tough to deal with, their battles are often filled with hilarious stuff that makes them quite fun to go through and unique in their own way.

5. Unpredictable Battles

Something that made the Weak Trio more impressive than it seemed was its uncertainty.

Because they don't always rely on strength to beat their opponents, often, fans don't know how they'll overcome obstacles in their path.

From Nami's clever use of the Climatact to Usopp's lies to Chopper's sphere, the group is filled with things the Monster Trio would never do in the story.
