BTS is again achieving new heights with their work, Dynamite. The song, which was released in 2020, was certified double platinum in the United States.
This was revealed from the upload of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on Twitter. This is the first dual certificate that BTS has received in America.
Then the RIAA said that the requirement for a song to be certified double-platinum is that it must have 2 million times sales, downloads and streaming. [post_ads]

Previously, BTS has also held five platinum certifications from the RIAA, through the album Map of the Soul: 7, Love Yourself: Answer.
Some of the songs that also received the certificate were Idol, MIC Drop, and Boy With Love.
Therefore, BTS was lined up to be the first South Korean idol to get this award compared to others.
Meanwhile, BTS also felt happiness because they were given the opportunity to appear at the 2021 Grammy Awards.
However, BTS and Dynamite failed to bring home the Grammy Awards in the Best Pop Duo / Group Performance nominations. They were defeated by the collaboration between Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga in the song Rain On Me. [post_ads_2]
