Tsuda explained that it started when he was 19 years old and still studying at university. At that time, he participated as the narrator in the live action series titled Ikebukuro West Gate Park, but the pay was quite low and there were times when he didn't have money even to buy a piece of bread. In addition, the script for the series had to be read and practiced by candlelight as he too could not pay the electricity bill. [post_ads]
The actor maintained this difficult lifestyle for 6 years, until on his 25th birthday he realized he had hit rock bottom. Low income and attractive job offers did not come to him. That's when one of the producers who worked with Tsuda told him, “Aren't you interested in voice acting? I have an offer there ”. The actor was immediately accepted and started his career in the anime industry by following the series H2: Eichi Tsuu.
However, his climax moment came four years later when an offer came to him to fill in the character Seto Kaiba in the hit series Yu-Gi-Oh !: Duel Monsters, which opened the door for him to lead roles in anime. Which later aired as The Prince of Tennis, in which he played Sadaharu Inui.
Tsuda concludes by saying that when he remembers the bitter memories he used to start his career, he only thanks the seiyuu industry for saving him and will always be grateful for the ultimate opportunity he encounters along his complicated path. [post_ads_2]
