The official website for the anime adaptation of Ken Wakui's Tokyo Revengers manga released a second promotional video and new promotional visual. This video announces and features the opening song Cry Baby by the group HiGE DANdism, and also announces seven new voice actors.
It was previously announced that the series will premiere on April 10 on MBS, then will follow on several other Japanese television stations. The ending song will be performed by Eill under the title "Koko de Iki wo Shite" or "Breathe Here".

Synopsis:
Takemichi is an unemployed 26 year old man. He just found out that the girl who became his girlfriend when he was in junior high school, the only girl he had ever dated had died as a result of a gang of thugs known as the Tokyo Manji Gang. After nearly being hit by a train to death, he realized that he had returned to the past when he was still in junior high school. Takemichi vows to change the future and save the girl named Hinata. In order to do so, he aims to target the top of the most brutal gang of thugs in the Kanto region.
Tokyo Revengers or Toukyou 卍 Revengers began appearing in Kodansha's Weekly Shounen Magazine since March 2017, and have been bundled into seventeen volumes. The manga has more than 4 million copies in print and was the winner of Kodansha's 44th manga award.
Before getting an anime adaptation, this franchise has announced its live action film adaptation which is scheduled to air on October 9. However, on Monday, April 13th - they said that the live action filming process was postponed until 2021 due to the pandemic in Japan. [post_ads_2]
